About This Product

■Features

・A double-head surface grinder exclusively for connecting rods has been released from the horizontal H series that uses Nissin's unique high-rigidity bed and spindle structure. ・Based on customer requests, we have developed a model that allows for easy step dimension management even with stepped connecting rods. - By adopting a cam mechanism for the reciprocating oscillation drive system, space is saved compared to the drive mechanism that uses a linear guide in the conventional gun feed system. - The reciprocating work carrier can be rotated, making it easy to load workpieces and change product types outside the machine. - In the case of a stepped connecting rod, the grindstone has two steps with steps on the inner and outer circumference. The AE sensor mounted on the dressing arm detects contact with the outer and inner surfaces of the grinding wheel and performs level difference management dressing. ・Parallel dressing without steps is also possible, so both parallel and stepped connecting rods can be processed with the same machine. ・Simply select the target product to be processed on the screen on the operation panel, and the processing conditions, dressing conditions, and workpiece step information will be automatically set.
