About This Product

■Features

・Nissin's unique load-resistant and heat-resistant displacement structure provides excellent grinding dimensional stability. ・AC spindle motor is used for main shaft drive. Instant spindle rotation control allows you to select 1. double-sided simultaneous grinding, 2. double-sided individual grinding, or 3. single-sided grinding mode depending on the type of insert. - Workpiece feed is driven by AC servo motor. The optimal grinding position for each workpiece can be memorized, and the workpiece feed operation during grinding can be assigned to linear oscillation or cycle feed. ・Fully automatic dressing device is installed as standard on board. A rotary truer that can modify the shape of the diamond grinding wheel surface dresses the top and bottom surfaces of the grinding wheel at the same time. ・The work carrier uses a 180° index double carrier method. Since the workpiece feed operation at the machining position is independent, workpiece loading and unloading are performed during the grinding cycle and do not affect the cycle time. ・A robot-based work loading and unloading device can be added as an option. We can also design a pallet stocker that matches the work pallets you own. - Machine control uses FANUC CNC. Simply select the workpiece to be processed from the screen on the operation panel, and the necessary processing parameters will be automatically set.
