About This Product

■Features

・This is a space-saving, low-cost vertical double-head surface grinder that specializes in thin and small parts. ・This is a new model developed with a focus on space saving and low cost. The coolant device is also integrated, so you can start grinding on the same day the machine is delivered. ・An AC servo motor is used to drive the main shaft. Accurate rotation speed settings can be made. - There are two workpiece feeding methods to choose from: rotary carrier method and carrier oscillation method. ・Equipped with an automatic dressing device onboard as standard. Sharpening work using a WA whetstone can also be done automatically. - Machine control uses Mitsubishi Electric PLC. Machine operations are performed using push button switches on the front, and various parameter settings and setup operations are performed using the standard handy console.
