About This Product

The VIDAR 4 is the original and finest crimping tool with self-adjusting dies for producing a square crimp profile on wire ferrules 0.25 - 4.0 mm2/AWG 24 - 12 (manufactured in accordance with DIN 46228 Part 4 or UL 486F). The distinguishing feature of VIDAR tools is that they produce a very clean, square crimp that is well compressed and shows almost no distortion along the length of the crimped ferrule.
