■Safety device for preventing reverse flash by neutralizing wire ring and insulating wire ring
This is a reverse flash protection safety device based on "Electric power communication protector (for communication cables)" (Electric power standard D-205) and "Electric power safety communication regulations" (JEAC6011). It meets various requirements for installation in information transmission systems and has highly reliable protection performance.
■High protection performance
It uses a neutralizing wire ring and insulating wire ring method to protect against potential increases caused by both commercial frequencies and lightning surges, and maintains high protection performance. Additionally, a highly reliable gas arrester with large current capacity is used.
■Improve maintenance work efficiency
It has a unit structure with a gas arrester, terminal board, etc. mounted on the front, making installation and maintenance easy.

■Installation precautions
- For external cables and remote grounding wires, use insulated wires with a withstand voltage that matches the potential rise value.
・Please use insulated wire of 22mm2 or more for remote and in-house grounding wires. Please connect the aluminum sheath of the outside cable to the remote grounding terminal, and the aluminum sheath of the local cable to the local grounding terminal.
・If the premises of the electrical station is large and the communication equipment is far from the place where the protector is installed, and there is a risk that the cable installation within the premises may be affected by lightning surges or switching surges, install cables in MDF, etc. in the communication equipment room. Please install a safety device.
■Caution
・The commercial withstand voltage value is displayed in the model name S-.
・Commercial withstand voltage: Between the ground and between the primary and secondary terminals, the value in parentheses is 1 minute.
・Insulation resistance: Measured at 500V DC between ground and between primary and secondary terminals, and should be 100MΩ or more.
