About This Product
This machine is an automated version of the flow control valve "Super Needle SNSK Series" manufactured by Front Co., Ltd., using a valve drive device (model: MSP5) manufactured by M-System Giken Co., Ltd. This machine can operate the valve using a 1-5V (or 4-20mA) signal as a drive signal.
■Features
Super Needle can adjust the flow rate over a 100 times wider range than conventional valves manufactured by other companies. In the case of N2 gas, with a differential pressure of 100kPa, the range can be adjusted from a minimum of 1mL/min to 50L/min, approximately 50,000 times more, with a single valve. Due to the wide adjustment range of the valve, it is possible to change the flow rate significantly without replacing the valve.
Additionally, even if there is a discrepancy between the expected flow rate and the actual required flow rate, the Super Needle can easily handle the situation. Parts in contact with fluid are SUS316L, PTFE (and O-ring), and have excellent corrosion resistance. (A valve with PTFE specifications is also available separately.) This product also has excellent maintainability, and the valve part of the product can be easily replaced. It can be easily attached and detached by simply loosening the screw between the drive mechanism and the valve.
■Warranty period
1 year from the date of sale (The warranty covers the valve itself. The impact on production due to malfunction of the valve, and damage/corrosion to equipment other than the valve due to fluid leakage are not covered by the warranty. The lifespan due to wear and tear of the valve drive is Not applicable.)
