■Specs

This product is divided into two types: Y type (HFP photooxidation) PFPE and Z type (TFE photooxidation) PFPE. ・Production capacity: 200MT/year ・Y structural formula: CF3O [CF (CF3) CF2O]n (CF2O) mCF3 ・Z structural formula: CF3O (CF2CF2O) n (CF2O) mCF3

■Performance

Synthetic perfluoropolyether lubricants are liquids at room temperature and have been used as lubricants for space mechanical components for decades. The molecular structure of PFPE lubricants is similar to hydrocarbon-based lubricants, but due to the presence of fluorine atoms instead of hydrogen atoms in the PFPE molecule, C-H bonds are replaced by stronger C-F bonds, and the heat of PFPE lubricants is Improved stability, oxidative stability, and chemical inertness. In addition, perfluoropolyethers with large molecular weights have low volatility, a wide temperature range, and excellent viscosity and temperature characteristics.

■Main uses

In the aerospace industry, PFPE's wide fluid temperature range, low volatility, static viscosity, very low vapor pressure, low flow temperature, and good high temperature lubricity make it ideal to meet the operating requirements of future aero turbine engines. It is considered the first choice as a lubricant. In the electronics industry, they are used to lubricate mechanical vacuum pumps in various semiconductor block manufacturing processes, such as plasma etching, chemical vapor deposition, and ion implantation. In the chemical industry, it is used as a working medium in vacuum pumps and as a lubricant for compressors and valves exposed to liquid oxygen, oxygen, corrosive gases and oxidizing gases.

■Packaging and storage

This product is packed in sealed PE plastic drums at 1kg, 5kg, 10kg/drum or as per customer's request. This product is transported as a non-hazardous liquid and should be protected from sunlight and rain during transport. For long-term storage, store tightly closed and dry and avoid mixing with other oils. Avoid contact with Lewis acids such as AlCl3.
