About This Product

Protects metal from "rust" over the long term. It contains a volatile corrosion inhibitor that gradually sublimates (vaporizes) at room temperature and dissolves into the water vapor in the air. The rust-preventive component dissolved in the water vapor suppresses the uneven electrical potential that forms on ferrous metal surfaces, inhibiting the electrochemical reaction and preventing rust. In a typical indoor environment, the rust-preventive effect can last about 3 years from the start of use.

■Features・A rust-preventive effect lasting about 3 years as protection for (ferrous) metal products. Based on the manufacturer's rust prevention verification tests.
・Strong thanks to its embedded scrim.
・Welding with a high-frequency welder is possible. Note, however, that some adjustment of conditions is required.

・Bags for holding metal parts
・Packaging material for export
