About This Product

◼︎Product overview This is a valve against chlorine (chlorine gas, liquid chlorine). ◼︎Structure ・The basic structure of the packing chamber is our unique "Twin Pack Valve." ・The gland packing uses a special lip packing made of Teflon. -The valve stem and yoke structure is a non-rotating rising type for both gate valves and globe valves. ・Contact and sliding surfaces such as the valve seat, the seat surface of the valve body, and the valve stem are treated with a special surface treatment. -The exterior of the valve is all painted yellow. ◼︎Standard body material for low temperature liquid chlorine valves ・Forged steel valve (1 1/2” or less): ASTM A350-LF1 ・Cast steel valve (2” or more): JIS G5152-SCPL1 ◼︎Features ・There is no leakage from the gland packing part, so this valve is ideal for pollution prevention. ・The life of the gland packing, which is a feature of the "Twin Pack Valve", is several times longer than that of conventional valves, significantly reducing repair costs. ・Since the valve stem is a non-rotating rising type regardless of whether it is a gate valve or a globe valve, there is no damage to the gland packing. As a result, maintenance-free periods are becoming increasingly longer. - For the gland packing, we have specified the optimal product for chlorine resistance through joint experiments with packing manufacturers. ・Since the surface of the main parts has been treated, chloride is difficult to adhere to even after long-term use, the valve opens and closes smoothly, and there is no leakage from the seat. ・We confidently select and propose low-temperature materials based on our many years of experience with general-purpose low-temperature valves. ◼︎Dimensions ・The face-to-face dimensions shown in the dimension table in the "Twin Pack Valve" section are used as the standard type. - Standard flange specifications are JIS, 10k, 20k, and ANSI class 150# and 300#. ・Special specifications
