About This Product

Our ceramic substrates are used in prototype and development products for high-output lighting equipment and power modules. It can achieve thermal conductivity that cannot be obtained with metal substrates that require an insulating layer. Demand for products in temperature ranges that cannot be met by resin-based substrates or metal-based substrates that require an insulating layer is increasing, and in recent years an increasing number of substrate manufacturers have been able to meet the demand. DBC board is also available.
