About This Product

■Summary

It consists of a cubic-shaped main body in which a large number of rows of holes are perpendicularly intersecting each other in the monoblock of Talkabait, and a liquid chamber and a holding plate surrounding it. The two fluids pass through the body at right angles to each other, and heat exchange takes place between them. For the liquid chamber, it is common to use talkerbait on the process side and metal on the service side, but it is also possible to use various rubber linings, PTFE linings, and talkerbait on both sides to create a process-to-process chamber.

■Features

A rectangular shape is a stack of cubic shapes. All the load applied to the main block is compressive force, and it is surrounded by steel plates, so it has a robust structure for a graphite product. It is extremely compact, requiring only a small installation floor space. Since the pore size is small, it is not suitable for fluids with a high content of crystals and solids, but the structure is quite simple and it is relatively easy to disassemble and clean.
