About This Product

・For inner trigger method only ・Achieved a cycle life of over 1 billion times. ・As this product is intended for applications that require high reliability, it undergoes 300 million air discharge tests during shipping inspection before being shipped. ・The residual inductance after the trigger suppresses steep di/dt, and the sinusoidal current waveform reduces the progress of lamp electrode wear.

■What is a xenon flash lamp?

This light source uses a flash lamp that utilizes arc discharge in xenon gas sealed in a glass tube. The emission distribution (spectrum) is close to that of the Taishu light, and it can emit strong light in the infrared (wavelength of 830 nm or more), ultraviolet (wavelength of 380 nm or less), and visible light range, so it can be used in automobile headlights, ultraviolet photocuring, etc. It is also applied in industrial fields such as aviation obstruction lights. A very large amount of light can be obtained in a short period of time (instantaneous). Industrial (highly reliable) and long-life xenon flash lamps are manufactured not only from quartz glass but also from discharge electrodes and getters. Control technology that extends the lifespan of these highly reliable lamps has been extended through the efforts of power supply manufacturers like our company. Our inner trigger type trigger transformer has low DC resistance and constant inductance, so there is no possibility that a large current will suddenly flow and wear out the discharge electrode.
