About This Product

■Production concept

Our company has been working on many 5kW to 50kW class IH oscillators for about 20 years. During that process, I realized that I wanted to easily conduct heating experiments, and that there were no small, versatile oscillators available, so I decided to create one.

■Applications

General non-contact heating of magnetic metals, etc. Introduced for the purpose of shortening heating time. As experimental equipment for introducing heating by IH, etc.

■Substances that can be heated

Iron in general (Other than iron, stainless steel, graphite, aluminum, etc. can also be heated, but it is much more difficult to heat them.)

■This is an induction heating device suitable for heating experiments.

You can conduct heating experiments by simply manufacturing a coil with the optimal shape for the item you want to heat and connecting it.

■Can also be incorporated into automated lines.

It has a function to control the heating output from the outside using a temperature controller, etc., and can easily be automated.

■You can immediately determine whether heating is possible or not. (Note 1: Heating may not be possible if the coil shape is not optimal.

In the case of a workpiece (object to be heated) that cannot be heated, an error message is immediately displayed, making it easy to determine whether or not heating is possible. If the workpiece cannot be heated, the coil current will increase, resulting in an overcurrent error.

■It is robust against heating coil accidents.

It uses a circuit system that will not fail due to disconnection, short circuit, or forgetting to install the heating coil, making it effective against unexpected failures during experiments.
