About This Product

■Clean antistatic type with transparent thin film that maintains stable conductivity (Surface resistivity 10^4~10^10Ω/sq)

Coated on optical films and carrier tapes to provide antistatic effect. Protects displays and electronic components from dust adhesion and damage caused by static electricity. Compatible with various general-purpose wet coating machines, including gravure coaters and die coaters. It can be used by diluting it with alcohol, making it easy to dry and maintain high productivity. Denatron is a transparent conductive coating agent. Type-P is based on polythiophene-based conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS, and Type-C is based on nanocarbon, and can be used in a wide range of applications, from antistatic applications to transparent electrode applications. ■Transparency

Only 0.03μm transparent film. Due to its high conductivity and advanced leveling properties, even nano-level ultra-thin films exhibit sufficient antistatic properties (surface resistivity 104-1010Ω/sq). It maintains high transparency that can also be used for optical films. It is low cost because it uses less quantity.

■Conductivity independent of humidity

Even at temperatures as low as 20%RH. Unlike ion-conducting surfactants, which obtain conductivity by capturing moisture in the air, it has an electron-conducting conductivity mechanism that provides stable conductivity that is unaffected by humidity. It can be used with confidence in low humidity environments in winter, dry areas, and clean rooms where humidity control is difficult.

■General purpose process

Static electricity prevention just apply and dry. It can be applied to various general-purpose wet coating machines, including gravure coaters and die coaters. It can be used after highly diluted with alcohol, making it easy to dry. Antistatic properties can be added while maintaining high productivity.

■Ecology

A water-based coating agent that is friendly to people and the environment. This coating agent has a low environmental impact as it is a water-based or water/alcohol based coating fluid. Taking advantage of its water-based properties, it can also be applied to an eco-friendly in-line coating process that uses the heat from film manufacturing to dry paint. It can follow the stretching of the film.
