■Three types of square magnetic poles are available to securely clamp individual workpieces.

Magnetic chucks can be ordered with different square pole dimensions. This allows the magnetic chuck to be individually adjusted for specific clamping tasks, making it suitable for a wide range of clamping tasks. When selecting a magnetic chuck, the determining factors are the thickness, weight, required surface quality, shape, and dimensions of the workpiece to be machined.

■Magnetic chuck type MFRS-A1

Operating with a high density magnetic force, the MFRS-A1 magnetic chuck provides sufficient gripping force for approximately 80% of all applications.

■Magnetic chuck type MFRS-A2

With the MFRS-A2 magnetic chuck, an even higher density magnetic field acts on the workpiece. This plate is mainly used for workpieces with very low surface flatness (die-cast or forged parts). In this case, there is a large air gap, so more magnetic field lines are in contact with the workpiece. *Other product numbers are available.
