About This Product

Automation module that can be fully integrated into the VERO-S module system, with stepped surfaces and built-in cleaning function for automatic palletization. Advantages and Benefits

・Multi-purpose clamping module, compatible with automatic machine loading SCHUNK's VERO-S NSE-A3 138 automation module has been developed specifically for automatic tool loading into machines as well as applications in handling, assembly and automation technology. The clamping module is part of the extensive SCHUNK VERO-S module system, which offers over 1,000 combinations for efficient workpiece clamping. For reliable replacement of workpieces and clamping devices, the automation component has a powerful blow-off function that allows the bearing surface to be carefully cleaned during the replacement process. Additionally, a spring-driven conical seal prevents chips and dirt from entering the interface. - Any number of modules can be combined depending on the application. The central insert with flexible elements ensures maximum positional repeatability and process reliability in automatic operation. Repeatability is < 0.005 mm. Due to the conical fitting, the clamp pin can also be connected eccentrically from the module, making this process incredibly easy.
