About This Product

Clamping station for general milling operations using the VERO-S NSE3 module as a basis, enabling an extremely quick setup process for clamping devices. Advantages and Benefits

■Schunk modular system

Unlimited combinations of standard clamping devices accommodate different machine types

■100% compatible with NSL plus clamping station

Existing NSL plus clamping stations can be replaced 1:1 with new NSL3 clamping stations

■All pneumatic clamping stations can be operated with a system pressure of 6 bar

No additional pressure booster required

■Positioning via short taper

Extremely easy joining process with repeatability of <0.005 mm

■Patented dual stroke system achieves the highest retraction force

This allows for extremely rigid clamping without vibration.

■Shape-fitting, self-retaining lock

100% retraction force is maintained even if pressure drops occur

■Completely sealed stainless steel module

Long service life, highest processing reliability options, other

■VERO-S NSL3

2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-cavity clamping stations compatible with all current clamping pallets and clamping equipment, with corresponding drilling patterns.

■VERO-S NST3

4-cavity clamping station, specifically designed for VERO-S tombstones (sizes 400 and 500 mm). *Other product numbers are available.
