About This Product

The TENDO E compact hydraulic tool holder with simultaneous taper and flat machining surface closes the gap due to the interface between the tool flange and the front of the machine spindle with the interface of the flat machining surface. Advantages and Benefits

■High torque for maximum mass production cutting

The compact design ensures high torque transmission with strong holding forces.

■Balance fine-tuned with default settings

Achieves a balance rating of G 2.5 at 25,000 RPM, making it suitable for high speed rotation and HPC/HSC machining centers.

■High adaptability

Slotted intermediate sleeve or coolant compatible intermediate sleeve for clamping different diameters

■Excellent vibration damping mechanism

Prevents micro dust, keeps work surfaces in the best condition, protects machine axes and extends tool life, leading to cost savings.

■Permanent runout and repeat accuracy is less than 0.003 mm

Uniform cutting action, long tool life, reduced cost of new tool grinding and procurement

■It is possible to change tools with micron precision in just a few seconds without any peripheral equipment.

In addition to the time-saving effect of shortening setup changeover time, there is no investment or energy cost associated with adding clamping equipment.

■Internal grooves remove dirt and maintain transmission torque

Oil, grease or lubricant residues can be removed from the foreign material groove, thus maintaining a dry clamping surface

■Wide compatibility

Best performance in combination with TENDO SVL and TRIBOS SVL extensions

■High radial rigidity

No lateral runout during the metal cutting process, high shape accuracy of the workpiece and optimized removal speed (e.g. 400 cm³/min for 42CrMo4)

■All commercially available shank types can be clamped.
