About This Product

■ Eliminate heat buildup inside the building. Just apply it to your roof to prevent heat and save on air conditioning electricity bills.

When applied to roofs and exterior walls, thermal barrier paint efficiently reflects the sun's heat source (near infrared rays) and prevents the temperature of building materials from rising. Thermal barrier paint contains spherical fine particles (0.2-20μ) of non-porous fine ceramic, and is characterized by uniform application and long-lasting effects.

■Standard painting specifications for heat shielding paint “Ad Green Coat”

・Tanium・Colored galvanized iron・Aluminum Surface preparation: Carefully remove knots, cracks, blisters, etc. using a desiccander, wire brush, etc., then perform high-pressure washing and dry thoroughly. ・Roof surface Surface preparation (when newly installed): Dry the substrate thoroughly (moisture content below 10%, pH below 10). Remove dirt, dirt, etc., and apply a substrate conditioning coating such as polymer cement to remove uneven surfaces, holes, steps, cracks, etc. Smooth it using wood. Substrate preparation (when repainting): Remove dirt, blisters, peeling, weak areas, etc. from the existing coating using a method suitable for the substrate. Dirt and chalking will be removed using a method suitable for the construction environment. If you wash an exterior wall with high-pressure water, dry the base thoroughly.
