About This Product
Serum is a durable paint developed for salt damage measures that are a problem in factories and structures along the coast and coasts. Excellent salt -resistant, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, it is ideal for factory equipment and water treatment and water purification treatment equipment. Not only epoxy paint with glass flakes, but also rust prevention and jin clitch paint are far exceeded. It can also be used as an alternative paint for rubber lining.

■ Why is Serum resistant to salt?
Serum is a special paint (coat material) that connects fine ceramic flour with an epoxy resin. Another major feature is that this ceramic is blended at a high mixing ratio. You can see that the ceramic particles are intertwined in a complicated manner and have a maze. This maze -shaped ceramic lattice prevents water, salt, and chemicals from entering the surface of the body.
In addition, the adhesive strength with Serum's mother material can be about 30 MPa (depending on the model). This is more than four times that of a general glass flake epoxy paint (7MPa). Serum, which has a high adhesive strength, can prevent the osmotic intensity due to osmotic pressure because the osmotic pressure for each component of seawater is NACL = 14.3MPa, FECL = 24.1MPA, CACL2 = 25.3MPa. For this reason, it becomes "paint that is strong in salt".
