This is an insulation resistance meter that allows you to measure quickly, accurately and safely. Equipped with PV dedicated functions.

・Since the time from measurement start to pass/fail judgment is very short, it can be used like a continuity check on a tester.
・When judged as FAIL (defective), the backlight lights up in red.
・Less fluctuation in measured values
・Highly accurate voltage measurement function: Equipped with an accurate DC/AC voltmeter as well as a card tester
・No need to change the card tester when measuring voltage
・Lead with switch
・Use the switch on hand to apply the measurement voltage, turn on the light, and display the comparator results on the LED.
