■Summary

- ORCA™ conductive AFM probe holder allows conductive AFM imaging and I-V measurements on all MFP-3D AFM/SPMs. -Standard module can measure currents from approximately 1 pA to 20 nA. -Models with different current measurement ranges and dual gain models are also available.

■Features

・Excellent current sensing technique for electrical characterization of conductivity changes in resistive samples -Standard ORCA module can measure currents from approximately 1 pA to 20 nA Dual-gain ORCA uses two independent amplifiers and supports a wide current range: approximately 1 pA to 10 µA
