■Roland circle geometry

-Wave spectrometer uses a unique geometry for SEM-equipped WDS. The sample, spectroscopic crystal, and X-ray counter are always placed on the Rowland circle. ・The distance between the sample and the crystal, and between the X-ray counter and the crystal must be the same. -Uses curved and cut spectroscopic crystal for highest peak resolution. -No need to worry about fragile optical components, time-consuming alignment, or limitations of high-energy X-ray line analysis. This unique geometry works over a wide range of X-ray energies - delivering the true spectral resolution of DS on the SEM. ・Optimized for X-rays of all energies. The optimal X-ray line can always be selected during analysis. ・Major peak overlaps such as the K line of transition metals can be eliminated. ・Achieves excellent lower detection limit values ​​at the lowest current and in the shortest time.
