About This Product

The Shamrock 163 is the most compact research grade Czerny-Turner spectrometer on the market. The 163 mm focal length, large aperture ratio of F/3.6, and a variety of seamlessly interchangeable gratings, slits, and optical coupling accessories make it an ideal tool for general benchtop spectroscopic measurements.

・Compact and sturdy design ・Imaging configurable platform ・Various exchangeable gratings ・Various fixed slits ・A wide variety of optical coupling interface options ・Compact and sturdy design with vertical and horizontal mounting positions: portability and easy combination Imaging configurable platform for multitrack spectroscopy: Optimize system performance with lens-based accessories and simultaneously acquire signals from multi-leg fibers with low crosstalk - Variety of interchangeable gratings: Equipped with a simple precision locking mechanism for seamless upgrades - Variety of fixed slits: Interchangeable high-precision laser-cut slits with widths from 10 µm to 200 µm ・Wide selection of optical coupling interfaces: optical fiber and C-mount microscope couplers Calibrated micrometer drive with wavelength selection: simple and quick wavelength adjustment - Can be used with a variety of cameras: Can be connected to Andor's compact high-performance USB 2.0 cameras such as CCD, EMCCD, and ICCD. The Shamrock 163 spectroscopy system combined with the iDus CCD detector provides an ideal tool for absorption/transmission, fluorescence, reflection, and source characterization. The Shamrock 163 spectrometer is also available as a standalone option for use with existing or third-party CCD or array detectors.
