The 1500 Series X-ray tube is a 50kV, 50W X-ray tube designed for applications where high flux density and continuous operation are critical.

Utilizing our high-stability, high-brightness X-ray tube technology, the 1500 Series X-ray tubes are used for applications requiring high resolution, such as medical imaging, X-ray fluorescence inspection, PCB assembly, battery, plastic, metal, and mechanical component inspection. Ideal for most industrial and non-destructive testing applications.
In addition, the 1500 series X-ray tube has a stainless steel lead wire package filled with dielectric oil to maximize X-ray shielding and heat dissipation, and is similar to the popular Jupiter 5000 series package. It effectively reproduces the tube.
1500 Series X-ray tubes are available in a wide range of spot sizes, targets, and price points to fit your needs.
