About This Product

Oxford Instruments glass X-ray tubes are recognized for their performance and long life.

■Features

High flux and spot size stability make our X-ray tubes an ideal solution for demanding applications such as those requiring continuous operation. The 1000 series x-ray tubes, including the 90507, have a unique design with a very small isotropic focusing spot for high-resolution applications such as mini C-arm fluoroscopy. The rugged electron gun assembly is ideally constructed for use in integrated X-ray sources where heat dissipation is an issue. The electron gun operates in bipolar mode and lifetime is achieved by ultra-high vacuum maintained by Oxford Instruments' proprietary pin flash getter.
