■Summary

・An ultra-high performance chemical mixer packed with functions and features. - Compact stirrer can be used for various purposes. ・Lightweight and compact, ultra-high performance chemical mixer that won the Good Design Award. - The ultra-compact, high-efficiency impeller and stator, which are designed using the shipbuilding technology of the Japan Shipbuilding Technology Center, eliminates the generation of eddy currents on the water surface.

■Features

・To reduce size and weight, titanium is used for the shaft and PPS resin is used for the impeller. Weight is only 2.8-3kg - Because it is small and lightweight, a special stand is not required when installing it in a tank. ・An ultra-compact, high-efficiency impeller that makes full use of the shipbuilding technology of the Japan Shipbuilding Technology Center. -Uses an ultra-compact, high-efficiency impeller that can be attached directly to the mouth of drums, etc. ・Using an ultra-compact high-efficiency impeller and stator, there is almost no cavitation. ・The impeller and shaft are preset, so no assembly is required on site. If you remove the JIS 5K 50A flange, you can also use the PF2B screw-in type. ・Since there is no gear reduction, there is almost no noise or vibration. ・Since materials such as PP/titanium/PPS/PTFE are used as standard, they have excellent corrosion resistance and are ideal for dissolving chemicals. - High cost performance achieved by using carefully selected materials. ・The standard guide and stator material is made of PP and has a heat resistance of 80°C (PVDF has a heat resistance of 100°C). - Double oil seals on the motor side and main housing side prevent corrosive gases from entering. ・Received the '97 Good Design Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Commissioner's Special Award. It can be installed outdoors, and we are particular about its appearance. ・It can also be used hand-held by using the optional handy grip.
