About This Product

■Overview

MAGIGOO HT is designed for professional use at high printing temperatures. Parts can be removed relatively easily once they cool, and any adhesive residue is easy to clean off. It is suitable for use with the Prusa Pro HT90. High-temperature materials such as PEEK are advanced engineering thermoplastics with improved mechanical and chemical stability at high temperatures compared with ordinary thermoplastics. Other such materials include PEKK, Ultem, PPSU, and carbon fiber/glass fiber reinforced materials. Thanks to their high-temperature characteristics and outstanding properties, these materials are used extensively in high-temperature, high-performance engineering applications such as the automotive and aerospace industries. They are also in demand for chemical, petrochemical, medical, and research applications. Filaments used at high temperatures warp easily, which makes them difficult materials for FDM printing. Because of their high-temperature characteristics, these materials are printed at considerably higher temperatures than common materials (PLA, PETG, etc.). MAGIGOO HT was developed for high-temperature printing materials and is a solution specialized in particular for FDM printing of PEEK filament. MAGIGOO HT is designed and tested to work at build plate temperatures of 150°C and below.

■Details

・Shake the bottle well. ・Press the pen tip against the bed (to actuate the internal valve) and spread it as needed. ・Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations. ・Let the print cool before removing it. Once it has cooled, the printed object comes off immediately.

■Cleaning

Wipe with a damp cloth.

■Safety

Using this product with filaments other than PEEK filament may cause excessive adhesion and damage the bottom surface of the object. For best results, follow the instructions in the technical data sheet.
