Compatible with large openings (filters) that Air Filter 2 could not accommodate.
■Wide type, suitable for large openings
・We have expanded the lineup in the width direction, which was lacking in the air filter series. *600mm to 1,100mm. *Newly added 600mm width type.
- By making it wide, it can be used as a pre-filter for large air intake filters in floor-mounted air conditioners and various equipment such as oil coolers.
■Safety
・Even after oil adsorption, there is little loss of intake air volume and does not put a burden on equipment.
・Even after adsorbing oil mist, there is little loss of intake air volume, so there is no need to worry even if the timing of replacement is slightly delayed.
■Example of usage
・Intake ports of vertical factory air conditioners, cutting fluid cooling units for machine tools, spindle cooling units, compressors, etc.
・For locations where the conventional air filter 2 and control panel filter economy type were insufficient in size.
■Roll type for easy installation and easy filter replacement
- Easy installation with magnets, no tools required.
・Simply pull out the roll and secure it with a magnetic bar (sold separately).
- Since it is externally attached, you can tell when it is time to replace it by looking at it.
