■Features
- Light, compact, and quickly displays the bending angle digitally.
・EZ Gauge Light reduces measurement work at bending sites and greatly contributes to improving the efficiency and reliability of inspection processes.
・0° 0' (sexagesimal system) ⇔ 0.00° (decimal system) switching function
- Simply place the bent product against the gauge and the bending angle will be displayed digitally.
・Measurement is possible from 60° to 135°.
・The work of inputting corrections to the NC device is reduced.
■How to operate
1.Power supply
Press the ON/OFF button. When you turn on the power, the LCD will be displayed.
2. Origin finding
Press the PRESET button while keeping the 90° scorer in close contact with the rotor and fixed scorer. The LCD display will display 90°.
3.Measurement
Measurement is performed while the product workpiece is brought into close contact with the rotor and fixed scaler. Press the HOLD button to hold the displayed angle. ("H" display lights up) Press the HOLD button again to cancel and restart counting. ("H" display off)
