About This Product

■Respiration air hose kit assembled and safety tested

CEJN certified breathing air hose kits comply with SS-EN14594 and 14593-1 standards and have undergone rigorous testing at our high pressure hydraulic center. For pre-assembled hose kits, the entire process is certified and each hose kit uses the highest quality components and the highest safety measures on the market. CEJN has 60 years of experience in quick connect couplings and hose assemblies. The true art of hose crimping relies not only on the crimping process, but also on high-quality products and experienced personnel.

■Streamline Highly reliable connection

Streamline couplings are compatible with CEJN PUR hoses and can be easily removed and reused using only basic tools. Streamline connections have proven to be a leak-free and reliable connection method over the life of the coupling, as caulked hoses and fittings with hose clamps will eventually begin to leak. The Streamline consists of a CEJN PUR hose and quick coupler with a fully compatible cap nut for a long-term, reliable connection.

■Check the hose condition at a glance

A small inspection hole is provided in the ferrule to confirm that it has been assembled correctly and to use it with confidence. For quality control purposes, you can easily check whether the hoses are properly installed during the crimping process. For example, during work that places a large load on the hose, you can always check this inspection hole to confirm safety.
