About This Product

Straight/spiral braided hoses and non-braided polyurethane (PUR) or rubber (EPDM) hoses for compressed air are lightweight, flexible, resistant to aging and long lasting. It also exhibits excellent resistance to oils, solvents, and other non-aqueous solutions.

We offer a variety of hoses, including Hi-vis hoses, anti-static hoses, anti-spark hoses, and FDA-certified hoses for the food and beverage industry.

■Extensive hose lineup with excellent flexibility and durabilityCEJN's compressed air hoses include PUR Streamline hose and EPDM hose. PUR hoses offer high flow characteristics and are highly resistant to oils, solvents and other non-aqueous solutions. EPDM rubber hoses are available for antistatic applications. The hose has a very high recovery ability and is very flexible, so it remains flexible even after a certain amount of use.

■PUR Streamline hose lasts up to 10 times longerPUR Streamline hose is resistant to aging and remains flexible over long periods of use. PUR hoses have up to 10 times longer life than traditional PVC hoses. Streamline connection couplings, when used in conjunction with our PUR hoses, provide long-term, leak-free and secure connections.

■High visibility hose increases workplace safetyWorkplace floors are often cluttered with cables and hoses that pose a potential fall hazard. A highly visible hose can be selected for the safety reel to prevent tripping accidents. If you choose a color that stands out from the floor, workers will notice the hose and avoid tripping over it.

■Hoses for special purposesAnti-spark PUR hoses are resistant to spark burnout and are suitable for use in welding sites and areas where cutting equipment is in operation. Also, the anti-static hose made of EPDM rubber prevents static build-up. This hose is weather resistant and comes with a protective cover that can withstand the elements.

■FeaturesCEJN straight braided hoses are ideal for applications requiring maximum working pressures up to 1.6 MPa (232 PSI). It has a wide operating temperature range and has excellent mechanical strength and impact strength.
