About This Product

■Transparent coating prevents static electricity on familiar tools.

Developed with an innovative concept, RICRON CRYSTAL semi-permanently prevents the generation of static electricity.

■Features

- Highly stable transparent coating: Effective on most other surfaces including metals, plastics, and painted surfaces. ・Semi-permanent antistatic effect Achieves surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^9Ω・cm: Prevents static electricity by applying a transparent conductive coating. - Compliant with ANSI/ESD-S20.20 No influence of environmental humidity: remains effective under conditions of 0 to 100% Rh. This is fundamentally different from static electricity prevention methods that use moisture in the air, such as surfactants. ・Strong adhesion to all surfaces No ozone layer depletion

■Applications

・For acrylic or glass surfaces ・Tools for manufacturing circuit boards ・For goods trays and carts ・For precision parts cases ・Electronic Department

■How to use

1. Use alcohol to completely wipe off the oil film on the surface to be applied. 2. Spray at a distance of about 30 cm from the object. (You can tell that the coating has been applied by the fact that the surface is dry.) 3. Once the surface is completely dry, the coating is complete. (Usually 24 hours at room temperature, 5 minutes at 65℃)
