About This Product
■High-performance lubricant containing highly lubricating ceramic particles
・Waicon High-Tech Paste is a paste-type high-performance lubricant that is highly effective in preventing corrosion, seizure, and wear just by applying it.
・Prevents galling during assembly and press-fitting, ensuring safe break-in operation.
・Maintains machine accuracy and extends life. Makes repair and maintenance easier.
- Suitable for work areas where the use of metals containing nickel is prohibited for health reasons, or where the use of metals containing copper is prohibited from an electrochemical standpoint.
■Applications
It is effective in a variety of applications including cutting and drilling tools, slide shears, drills and tappers, gearbox housings, conveyor chains, die molds, bearing shells, transmissions, and press machine parts.
■How to use
・Clean the surface of the friction surface as much as possible and apply the wiper thinly and evenly with a brush or cloth.
・In order to achieve its original effect, please avoid mixing it with other oils or greases.
-Approximately 4.5 square meters per 100g.
