About This Product

Ideal for converting side gutters into culverts. KC foam has been approved to function as a structure (part of the cover) by a construction technology examination certificate.

■What is KC form?

KC form is a thin plate made of GRC (alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete) that is used as a formwork for embedding concrete covers when constructing concrete covers for existing road ditches using cast-in-place concrete.

■Easy to construct and economical

It is easy to construct (no supporting work is required) and can be done even when water is flowing, so the construction period can be shortened compared to other culvert construction methods.

■High bending strength and rigidity

Since GRC is used as the material, it has high bending strength and rigidity, and can be easily processed on-site using a diamond cutter.

■Good adhesion to concrete

It adheres well to concrete, functions as part of the reinforcing steel cover of the concrete lid, and is integrated with the gutter, eliminating vibration noise caused by falling lids, etc.
