About This Product

■Summary

DT-100-1 is a polyester resin dispersion containing polyalkylene glycol. This processing agent imparts durable water absorption, stain resistance, and antistatic properties to the fibers. In particular, it has excellent washing removal properties for dirt deposits, and its effectiveness withstands repeated washing. In addition, it has the ability to prevent recontamination of dirt that falls off during washing. Processed fibers and fabrics have excellent water absorption. Exhaustion processing provides an antistatic effect with excellent washing resistance.

■Features

The active ingredient resin is a polymer consisting of polyester as a hydrophobic group and special polyglycol as a hydrophilic group. Polyester groups are well adsorbed to polyester fibers and strongly adhere to the fibers through heat treatment. In addition, this polyglycol group adsorbs water well, making polyester fibers hydrophilic and antistatic. This hydrophilic property is covalently bonded to the polyester group, so it remains firmly attached to the fiber even after washing, and does not reduce the surface modification properties of the processed polyester.

1.Polyester Water absorption, stain-proofing, anti-static finishing, etc. for polyester blend yarns, non-woven fabrics, and knitted fabrics. 2. Thread ・Water absorption and SR properties are added during processing at the final stage of the spinning process. - Antifouling and texture processing for fiber staples for nonwoven fabrics with hydrophilic properties. - Antifouling and antistatic treatment for carpet yarn. 3.Knitted and woven fabric ・Taffeta, processed yarn woven and knitted fabrics for clothing (men's, women's, shirts, lingerie, foundation, sports clothing, etc.) and medical use ・Processing of weight-reduced fabrics, carpets, bedding, and other interior decorations, bedding-related products, automobile-related textile products, dust-free factory work clothes, white coats, cooking clothes, and other work clothes that tend to get dirty easily. Antifouling and antistatic processing. .
