About This Product
This is a device that automatically inspects super large workpieces (metal plates 10m long x 2m wide) for surface defects (dents, bulges, discoloration).
It is an inspection device that looks like a larger car wash machine, and has a scanning inspection device itself,
It consists of an approximately 15 m long support platform and running rails for moving the main body, an inspection table for installing ultra-large workpieces, etc.
The scanning inspection equipment itself is equipped with a total of 13 line sensor cameras and line lighting.
The workpiece is illuminated with line lighting, and the line sensor camera detects the specularly reflected light from the workpiece. (obtain bright field image)
Next, the characteristics of the defect are extracted using image processing, the defect is detected and located, and the surface shape of only the defect is measured.
The inspection table has a vacuum chuck mechanism to eliminate bending of the workpiece.
Has a function to wipe the surface of the workpiece before inspection and remove dust and dust by air blowing.
Detected defects can be marked
The surface shape of the detected defect can be measured in detail using a three-dimensional shape measuring device.
