■ Overview
The Nexus Z4 has a structure in which the whetstone has elasticity and absorbs vibration by the special manufacturing method. In addition, there are few tapping, etc., and the grinding noise has become very small.
■ Groplet structure
Eight grooves are attached to the use surface of the whetstone. This groove plays a role in distributing power like an umbrella skeleton. There is a hard part (groove) and a soft part (normal hardness) on the same surface, and efficiently working on one grain of the abrasive grain can help to prevent baking, which leads to a significant grinding amount.
