A high -performance cleaning device for pharmaceuticals that takes advantage of the technical capabilities accumulated in the high -purity drug solution. Normally, the purifyingness required in the pharmaceutical industry is ISO standard class 5, but it also supports the classes above it, and we will manage micron size fine particles and foreign substance concentration of PPM order. In hot air for cleaning water and drying, it is decontaminated in a clean environment by removing fine impurities by using a high -performance filter.
At the same time, these filters can be reused by circulating cleaning water and hot air in the device, achieving energy -saving and saving costs.
■ Removal of fine dirt by high -performance cleaning
In the cleaning process, it is washed while removing fine dirt on the inside and outside of the glass bottle with ultra -pure water with a water temperature of about 60 degrees passing through the filter. At customer's request, we can handle high -performance cleaning that requires micron size fine particles and foreign concentration of ppm order.
■ High -performance drying and cooling suppression
In the device, the cleaning bottle is transported to the drying process, spraying and drying about 80 degrees passing through the filter. After drying, it is transported to the cooling process, sprayed a cold air passing through the filter, and cooled the high temperature bottle during drying. The drying and cooling filters are used for HEPA filters or ULPA filters, which suppresses the remaining particles to the limit.
■ Energy saving / cost -saving specifications
The cleaning process is washed in three processes: preliminary cleaning, recycling cleaning, and finished cleaning, but in spare cleaning and circulating cleaning, it is economical without waste because it uses hot water used in finishing cleaning. In the drying and cooling process, the cooling exhaust is sucked with a blower, heated with an erotichin heater and reused.

■ Data management by log
