Production of preserved ampoules using L-drying methods that are excellent in storage and cost. The L-Drying Save Apple is adopted by Patent shares as a method that meets the conditions that must be maintained during the 20-year patent period.
The preserved ampoum prepared by the Company fits the standard size of the Patent microorganism center (NPMD), which is the deposited of patent microorganism stocks in Japan. In addition, more than 10 pieces are required for depositing to the Patent microorganism deposited center.
As a confirmation of quality of the produced preserved ampoule, in addition to the growth of microorganisms in the conserved ampoul, the confirmation of purity based on the properties of the colony, the same as the preserved specimen and the microorganisms included in the preserved ampul. We will deliver after confirming.
We also provide services such as storing preserved ampul and frozen preserved (glyceroll stock) and survival confirmation tests for storage microorganisms. Storing microorganisms in multiple facilities and regions is also useful for reducing the risk of disappearing in the event of a disaster.
The identity confirmation before and after the enclosure of the ampul is performed by the Maldi-Tofms method (hereinafter, the Maldi method) or the DNA base sequence analysis. Bacteria and yeast excluding wire bacteria are performed by the Maldi method. On the other hand, the wiring bacteria and mold form different cell structures depending on the growth stage, and the proteins that are expressed at each stage are different, and the identity confirmation by the Maldi method is not suitable, so it is based on confirmation by DNA base sequence analysis. You can select either "immediately after production" or "after storing for 2 weeks at 37 ° C" to confirm the growth of the produced preserved ampoul and purity. "Save for 2 weeks at 37 ° C" is equivalent to "storage for about 10 to 20 years at 5 ° C." By doing so, it is possible to estimate long -term storage.
