About This Product

■ Overview

With the support of the DDBJ Center for the National Insitement Research Institute, we have established a DNA database "microorganism identification database" that collects data that is effective for microorganisms, making it an identification of microorganisms that can easily provide system analysis developed by the Company. It is sold in conjunction with the software "ENKI®". In this system, the buttons of the analysis menu are lined up in line with the analysis procedure, so it can be easily operated by customers without specialized knowledge. It is also possible to select multiple base sequences you want to analyze, and automatically perform from homologous search to system analysis. The microorganism identification database is composed of DNA base sequence data that is scrutinized referring to reference shares and academic papers. The version upgrade is performed regularly, adding DNA base sequence data for new species of species and type -derived stocks, as well as the unregistered species of species and type stocks in the international base sequence database. In response, we analyze the DNA base sequence independently and add it to the microorganism identification database. There are two types of databases, bacteria and bacteria, and the bacterial database covers 80%or more of the known species. (17,000 or more)

Horton search for multiple databases Simultaneous analysis is possible by specifying the user database built by the customer, in addition to the homologous search for the "microorganism identification database" built by the Company. (Comparative and analyzed with past data) 4. Multiple alignment/system tree creation ・ System analysis with multiple arbitrary arrays is possible. ・ User database data can also be analyzed. ・ If the out group is automatically selected, anyone can create a system tree. 5. Automatic analysis ・ Select multiple data and automatically analyze from homologous search to system tree creation. ・ Equipped with automatic analysis functions that do not require specialized knowledge (implemented to molecular system analysis) 6. Internet Blast ・ In an environment where it can be connected to the Internet, it is possible to search for homologance to the international base sequence database. ・ Easy to evaluate safety by bi -safety level output.
