About This Product

■ Overview

This is a MEX -type 3D printer filament with a special elastomer in the PLA (poly lactic acid) filament to improve impact resistance. We have renewed the "HP Filament (high -strength PLA type)" that we have sold in advance, and will launch a high -strength filament that has increased strength and reduced costs than before. Generally, PLA is vulnerable to impact due to a hard resin, and it is customary that if you add some impact, it will break. We have developed a high -strength filament with a special elastomer on its PLA, which has a higher strength than the previous high -strength type. Regarding the strength, the strength was about 30 % higher than the general PLA, but the renewed newly developed products were successfully increased by about twice. The filament diameter is 1.75φ, the color tone is white, and two types of black are available. The modeling conditions are almost the same as the general PLA conditions and can be modeled.

Improve about twice to general PLA.

■ Coloring properties

Custom coloring is possible. (Consultation required, etc.)

■ Use

Medical and nursing care parts, prototype parts, inspection jigs, outdoor equipment, sports supplies, etc.
