About This Product

■ Overview

This is a MEX (material extraction layer system) 3D printer made of PPS (polyphenylEK Faid) resin with excellent cost, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy. PPS resin is a super engineering plastic with very good characteristics. HP Filament® (PPS type) is a filament made of PPS resin with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame -retardant, and cost. It has a heat resistance that is not a problem for continuous use at 200 ° C, and maintains high rigidity and strength in a large temperature area. In terms of chemical resistance, it has a higher specification of PEEK resin and a PEI resin, and a solvent that dissolves PPS at less than 200 ° C shows almost the same characteristics except for strong acids (depending on the usage environment. Masu) . In addition, it has excellent cost compared to other superchangers, and PPS can be used at lower cost when used at 200 ° C or less. The weight is 100g and 500g, and the color tone is black and natural. In addition, since we use special bobbins with excellent heat resistance, it is possible to dry at high temperatures with the filament wrapped around bobbin. Please use our filament for PPS modeling with the MEX method 3D printer.
