■ Regarding this product
It is a filter that separates water vapor in compressed air and nitrogen air.
Separated water vapor is opened, so no drain processing is required.
* Because this product is a dehumidifying filter, we do not remove garbage.
■ To demonstrate the dehumidification effect
① Increase the supply pressure on the entrance side
② Increase the flow rate on the entrance side
③ Squeeze the flow rate by spicon on the exit side
④ Increase the amount of purge
■ What is Purge?
Purge is a part of the dry air supplied to the exit side.
Along with the water vapor inside the membrane, the atmosphere is open from another circuit from the exit side
(Purge).
・ The higher the amount of purge, the better the dehumidification performance,
The flow rate on the exit side decreases.
・ If the amount of purge is small, the dehumidification performance will be slightly reduced,
You can secure a large flow rate on the exit side.
■ Mechanism to separate water vapor
A hollow silt film made of polyimide material that tends to transmit water vapor,
Water vapor is separated by passing a wet air from the entrance side under pressure.
Therefore, dry air can be obtained on the exit side.
(If it is under reduced pressure, it cannot be used because water vapor is not separated and dehumidifiers are not dehumidified)
■ Use use
・ Prevention of water leakage from piping
・ Prevention of electricity leakage due to water leakage to electric components
・ Prevention of deterioration of drive devices caused by moisture
・ Prevention of cloudiness due to water vapor in air blow
・ Gas component analysis ・ Prevention of moisture into oxygen concentrate ・ Ozone generator
・ Prevention of condensation in air supply to cooling water piping and freezing environment
