About This Product

Top and side labeling machine. The tabletop double-sided labeler LT1252 is specially designed to achieve high-precision and efficient labeling tasks. It is the first compact double-sided labeler on the market, equipped with two labeling heads. These labeling heads can be synchronized to apply two labels of different sizes to two different positions in a single process. Conventional labeling machines require products to be fed repeatedly in order to label both sides, but with the double-sided labeling machine, you only need to place the products on the conveyor belt. In this way, the tabletop double-sided labeling machine not only significantly improves productivity but also greatly saves labor costs.

The LT1252 is driven by stepper motors, providing stable labeling output. It shares the same control system as the standard top labeler and the standard flat surface labeler, with a built-in microcomputer program. Such a control system frees you from complicated manual parameter settings and features a user-friendly interface. The labeling speed of the tabletop double-sided labeler is 20 to 40 pcs/min depending on product characteristics. The LT1252 is a double-sided labeling machine that can apply up to two labels in one process. The two labeling heads can operate independently or in coordination according to production needs. Its labeling accuracy reaches ±1mm, making it the best choice for businesses requiring high precision.
