Top and bottom labeler. The LW3000 is a widely used labeling machine that can apply labels to the top and bottom of a product in one pass. This two-in-one function improves efficiency compared to conventional single-direction labelers. The greatest advantage of the LW3000 lies in its ability to combine the strengths of both top labeling and bottom labeling. The LW3000 is easy to use, versatile, and highly flexible, and is designed to provide top labeling or bottom labeling. The LW3000 is often used for product appearance labels such as promotional labels, ingredients, batch numbers, and nutrition facts. At the same time, it can also be used for secondary packaging such as cardboard outer packaging.

■Gain the Benefits of Two Labeling Operations with One Labeling Machine and Increase Production Capacity

The labeler is equipped with two label applicators, one for top labeling and one for bottom labeling. As the product or container passes along the conveyor, this dual labeling function allows top and bottom labels to be applied simultaneously, accelerating the labeling process. Top labeling and bottom labeling are implemented by different systems. Top labeling: the product is placed on the conveyor, and a sticker is applied from above as the product passes the label applicator. Bottom labeling: the product is usually aligned by a calibration unit, and the label is applied from below. By applying two labels at the same time, duplicate feeding, labeling, and label-smoothing operations are reduced, improving production capacity.
