Top labeling machine. The labeler is a self-adhesive labeling machine with flexible and diverse applications. Manufacturers can apply various stickers with the labeler, highlighting product features in different ways. The top label applicator LA2000 applies stickers to the top, side, or bottom of products. It is applicable not only to flat pouches but also to products we often see in daily life, such as cans, plastic boxes, candy boxes, paper boxes, and gift boxes. The space-saving top labeler, combined with a stand, can be easily integrated with high-speed continuous packaging machines. This enables labeling immediately after manufacturing. Furthermore, there is no need to add an extra labeling station. It saves labor costs and enables more efficient production. The automatic label applicator detects the label height and angle of products with sensors, so only slight adjustments to the label applicator are needed during operation. The automatic mechanism provides users with a simpler operation interface. The system maintains stable production, and the labeling results are exquisite.
