Top tamp labeling machine. The Tamp Labeling Machine LS450 is a labeling machine that can automatically apply labels to non-flat product surfaces. There are two common methods for achieving tamp labeling: One method picks the label up from the backing paper and presses it on to apply the label to the product or packaging. The other uses a vacuum generator to hold the label while dispensing it and applies the label to the designated position on the product. Different labeling methods are applied based on your needs and product specifications. The tamp labeler LS450 can apply stickers to irregularly shaped products and can also achieve accurate labeling on items such as the recessed cup lids of ice cream and lipsticks or mascaras that are too small to stand on a conveyor. Our new labeling technology goes beyond conventional top labelers, which can only apply labels to flat surfaces, allowing the LS450 to be used in a wider range of industries.

■A pioneering suction-type label applicator that manages labeling accuracy

The LS450's label dispensing system works by feeding labels to a suction pad. After the label is peeled from the backing paper, the suction pad holds it and presses it precisely onto the preset position on the product. Furthermore, when applying labels of different sizes, different customized suction pads can be used for accurate labeling. The labeler can also be integrated into a packaging line in combination with other stations, such as automatic aligners, capping machines, and printers. Flow shop operation simplifies production and setup procedures, replacing traditional manual work and saving labor and time costs. This improves the automation of labeling procedures and achieves the goal of rapid labeling. It is also an ideal choice for entering medium- to large-scale production.
