About This Product

The Automatic Front and Back Labeler LD3000 is a machine that can apply labels to both sides of a product or container simultaneously. It applies stickers to the front and back of each item, reducing the repeated feeding and stopping processes of typical single-side labeling machines. The LD3000 is suitable for bottles of various sizes and different materials, such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, PET bottles, and metal bottles. It can also be applied to containers with flat surfaces, such as square bottles and paper boxes, accommodating a wide range of product types. Equipped with two high-performance label applicators, it ensures high productivity during continuous production operations.

■The high precision and flexibility of the double-sided labeler reduce costs and error rates.

The advantage of the double-sided labeler LD3000 is that it improves production efficiency, precision, and flexibility while reducing labor costs and error rates. In addition, the position and angle of the label applicators can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of various products. The labeler accurately detects the position and orientation of products with advanced sensors and synchronizes the labeling speed with stepper motors or servo motors. It also has an overhead conveyor to hold products down, stabilizing containers and achieving high-quality labeling without missing labels. Finally, sponge rollers and brushes are used to firmly attach the stickers to the products.

■Dual use. The LD3000 easily meets single and double labeling needs

Depending on the characteristics of the product, the labeler can be used as a front-and-back labeler or simply as a side labeling machine. Both label applicators can be freely switched on and off, allowing you to select single- or double-sided labeling mode. If a product requires a label on only one side, you can select single-sided (front or back) labeling mode to complete the labeling operation. If two labels need to be applied to both sides of a container, you can select double-sided labeling mode and use both label applicators simultaneously to complete the labeling operation.
