・ A family with abundant functions of SOC/ASIC pre -silicon physical prototyping and hardware emulation board.
・ Provides a board equipped with a high -performance device of XILINX or Microchip.
■ Capacity
・ Designed for high -performance computing (HPC) applications that require huge digital signal processing.
・ The board is integrated with ZU7EV ZynQ® Ultrascale+™ Mpsoc and VU9P Virtex® Ultrascale+™.
・ The heterogeneous computing platform includes quad-core ARM® Cortex-A53, dual-core ARM® Cortex-R5 Real-time processing unit, ARM® Mali-400 MP2 GPU, integrated H.264 / H.265 Video Codec, and 16nm Finfet Nodes. Uses Ultrascale+™ programmable logic.
-The available on-board external memory sources include three DDR4 SODIMM slots and two 576MB RLDRAM-3 modules (a total of 1GB).
■ Clocking
・ Provided by oscillator, PLL, and MMCX connector.
・ The dedicated oscillator is directly connected to the FPGA device like the on -board PLL.
・ On -board PLL provides a clock of voluntary frequencies to VU9P to accommodate the common clock of arbitrary frequencies for FPGA devices and various applications.
■ Hosting and interface
・ The workstation or server is connected via the PCIe X16 edge comector on the board.
・ A wide variety of interfaces are available to connect to the FPGA device.
-Aldec offers the driver and utility required for programming and communication with boards in the Hes.asic.proto software package.
-Adec provides a built-in image for ZU7EV devices that can be used immediately and HES Proto-AXI solution for quick launch of the host connection.
・ The power supply is supplied with the standard 6 -pin PCIe power cable.
